Components (for approximately 60 pieces)
- 250 g wheat flour
- 150 g butter or margarine
- 120 g granulated sugar
- 1 spoon of dark cocoa
- 1 egg
Cream:
- 100 g of crushed walnuts
- 1/3 cup of milk
- 150 g butter
- 120 g granulated sugar
- 30 g of alcohol (your favourite flavour that will go with the nut taste)
Spread the dough into the special baking shells :
Bake for 15 minutes at 180 deg Celsius (350 Fahrenheit)
When shells are cold stuff them with the cream.
To make the cream, warm the milk and mix it with crushed walnuts, wait until the mixture becomes cold next add sugar and butter. You may want to skip the alcohol if you are planning to serve the cookies to kids : )
